Where do the sessions take place?

For coaching, our main areas are Cathkin Braes, Carron Valley, Glentress, and Aberfoyle (advanced only). We can always come to you - if you prefer coaching on familiar trails, then get in touch!

We offer guided rides across Scotland’s premier riding areas, including the Tweed Valley, Fort William, and the Scottish Highlands. You can request your preferred location at booking.

What should I bring to my session?
  • A Mountain bike in good working order (we can provide rental bikes on request).

  • Helmet (mandatory), gloves, knee, and elbow pads are recommended.

  • Weather-appropriate layers, waterproof jacket, cycling shorts/leggings.

  • Flat-pedal mountain-bike shoes or sturdy trainers.

  • Water bottle or hydration pack, energy bars or gels.

How do I book and pay?

Book online via our website’s booking form - select location, date, and time.

Confirm your slot: we’ll email you a confirmation email and payment link.

Secure your session by paying via credit/debit card or bank transfer. Cash and card payments can be made on the day of the session.

Group discounts and gift voucher options are available.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Scottish weather can be changeable, but we ride in most conditions. If severe weather makes trails unsafe (e.g. flooding, high winds and weather warnings), we’ll offer an alternative date or a full refund. Please checked the weather forecast and dress appropriately.
